Open Practice Info

Posted under To Be Announced

Hello All,

Hope to find all of you enjoying the weather this week and have been fortunate enough to get outside.  Just wanted to update you on a couple of wrestling things. Tomorrow, 3/19/09, will be the last day for open wrestling practice at the high school.  I was glad to see all that attended and hopefully you have learned a couple of things along the way.  A big thanks to Coach D, Coach Buda, and Coach Allemang for lending a hand and helping out with practices.
As always if you are interested in wrestling in the off season there are still opportunities. One great opportunity is the Iron Horse Academy
http://www.ironhorseacademy.com The spring session starts on 4/7/09. There will also be a Mt. Lebanon wrestling camp that is held in the summer, which is a great opportunity to brush up on some technique as well as learn some new things. (details coming soon).

Thank you,

Chris Kolling
