Iron Horse Wrestling Academy is NOW ACCEPTING early registrations for Fall 2009
September 8, 2009 – Fall Session Begins – 8 Weeks of Targeted Technique Training and Early-season Conditioning for Young Wrestlers
We are pleased to announce that the Iron Horse Wrestling Academy will once again make Mt. Lebanon their home. We are fortunate that a top notch staff has been assembled to work with area wrestlers right here in our very own high school wrestling room.
Please see the attached pdf files for registration and additional information. We encourage any of our athletes, not currently participating in a fall sport to consider furthering their skills and technique. This is also an opportunity for them to continue learning how to develop the kind of work ethic needed to take them to the next level.
The Iron Horse Wrestling Academy is run and directed by Bryan Stout (4x NCAA All-American) and he has assembled a great staff to work with your son. He has brought NCAA Champions, as well as World and Olympic level wrestlers into our room to expose kids to the best out there. Jeff Breese (2x PIAA Champion and former NC State Wrestler) will be assisting him as well as numerious collegiate wrestlers and coaches.
Please share this outstanding pre-season opportunity with your wrestler. We continue to provide/ offer opportunities for our kids to become the best they can be… remind them of their goals for this upcoming season and please make sure that Iron Horse is a part of that discussion if they are serious about reaching them.
The coach staff fully endorses the Iron Horse Wrestling Academy and their supplemental training program ETW (Explosive Training for Wrestling).
Yours in wrestling,
Coach Lewis
