Congratulations to Sean Perri for taking 2nd Place at the competitive South Side Beaver Jr High tournament. In the opening round Friday Sean pinned Dan Maloney (Baldwin) at 1:21 and beat David Kreibel (Beth Center) 5-4 to close out the evening. Saturday morning started with the Quarter Finals and he opened the day with another 5-4 victory over Richie McGinnis (Char Houston) and then went on to beat Kyle Scott (West Allegheny) by fall in the 2nd period. He came up short in the Championship bout losing to AC Headlee (Waynesburg) but fought until the very end.

To Be AnnouncedBlue Devil Wrestling Families and Supporters,
I wanted to pass on some unfortunate news… on Tuesday evening Coach Richard "Dick" Jones passed away. As many of you know Coach Jones worked side-by-side with Coach Lamprinakos in building a wrestling dynasty here at Mt. Lebanon. They produced not only many champions on the mat but had a profound affect on the lives of many of the people who passed through their classrooms and wrestling room.
I am sure your support either through prayer, deed or just being there would be greatly appreciated by the family.
Please keep their family in your thoughts and prayer. Please see additional information about the memorial service below.
Sincerely,
